Welcome
Over two cold Kingston winter weekends,
you can experience the warmth of the reelout queer film and
video festival. With over 50 films from 10 countries, fabulous
receptions and social events, you can enjoy the festival by
spending time with friends or meeting new ones. As we celebrate
our 7th year, we bring audiences some of the best films from
Canada and around the world. This year marks our continuing
maturity as a festival. Our audiences steadily grow, we undertake
new community initiatives, and aim to strengthen and build partnerships
with businesses and the arts community. We have high hopes for
the future, and, as reelout was born with the strong support
of the local community, so we continue to grow with your support.
With visiting filmmakers, panel discussions, and an unprecedented
amount of partying, reelout promises a 7th year of fine film
festival fun. We look forward to seeing you at reelout 2006.
