Volunteer
Get involved!
reelout is made up of volunteers and paid staff members. We are always looking for new people to get involved in organizing the event.

The reelout collective functions on a consensus-based model of decision making. A commitment to reelout means:

programming
attending collective meetings (once a week!)
contributing to the vision and direction of the festival
screening films
fundraising
helping with all aspects of festival organizing.

Volunteers gain experience in the areas of arts event organizing, consensus decision making, and curating, and get to work with a fun group of people.

If you'd like to help out with reelout but are not able to commit to the organizing committee, volunteers are also needed to:

sell tickets
poster
take tickets and staff screenings
help with fundraising events.
