ReelOut’s Chilling October Fundraiser!

ReelOut is partnering with our friends at Domino Theatre to present a special night of their regular performance of the classic thriller, Dial M for Murder, just for friends and fans of the ReelOut Arts Project Inc.  Yes, all the proceeds from tickets sold for the show on Wednesday, October 25th at 7:30pm will go right back to our little, queer charity!  This also includes any concessions sold prior to the show and at intermission!  Please bring CASH, there’s no debit machine on site.

You must buy the tickets online from us over at Eventive HERE.  Otherwise, you won’t see tickets being sold online for the show if you go through the regular box office.  There will be tickets at the box office if you wish to buy in person, but again, keep in mind, we can only take cash. No debit or credit cards accepted.

We’re excited to also welcome the fabulous Sherry Ann Hex who has graciously volunteered her exceptional drag queen talents to perform for you this night!

Dial M for Murder is not a queer play but ReelOut’s own Matt Salton is in the play and he promises his character is queer-coded.  And although the subject matter is about murdering one’s spouse, the play is suitable for younger audiences.  No profanity or sex or any of the fun stuff we adults like. The theatre also is wheelchair accessible.

Dial “M” for Murder by Frederick Knott

DIRECTED BY JEN BUDER

Frederick Knott’s mid-century melodrama had a highly successful run on Broadway and later gained popularity as a major motion picture directed by Alfred Hitchcock. This psychological thriller unravels an elegant mystery about an ex-tennis star who plots to kill his wealthy wife.

ALL PROCEEDS go to the ReelOut Arts Project Inc, a registered not for profit & charity that celebrates independent, 2SLGBTQ+ film and media through various showcases including our wonderful, 10-day film festival in February. This year we celebrate 25 years! We believe in inclusivity and diversity and ensuring that all people can see themselves projected on film screens.
